International Symposium on Genomics in Aquaculture aims to be a platform to transmit these advances in Genomics as well as its application in Aquaculture. The 21st century can already be considered the century of Genomics. The development of new techniques of massive sequencing, the storage capacity and data analysis through new bioinformatic tools, as well as the great information available, have facilitated access to genomic studies to a large number of researchers. Also, in recent years new approaches have appeared in this discipline such as epigenomics, metagenomics or gene editing, which have opened new horizons in this field.
